Dr Mont

 Does anyone have any experience with Dr. Mont of SINAI hospital in Baltimore MD? I see he has 1200 surgeries but only one testimonial.

Hi  Welcome to Hip Talk

These were posted on the Yahoo Surface Hippy discussion group and I placed on my website with permission.  Dr. Mont is a very popular hip resurfacing surgeon.  I have a link to his video that answers many questions about half way down this page  http://www.surfacehippy.info/hipresurfacinginfo.php

Hip Talk is becoming very active, but there are so many thousands of hip resurfacing patients and only 500+ are posting here.  So don't judge Dr. Mont by the amount of stories posted here.

Ask Dr. Mont's office for the names of some of his patients and contact them.  That is always a good way to find out how happy people are.

As I understand, as of March Dr. Mont has performed more than 1,600 resurfacings. I am most pleased with mine. You'll find my postings throughout this site.

I wouldn't want the good doctor to go unrepresented.  Dr. Mont resurfed me with a Wright Conserve + 4/17/06.  Great surgeon IMHO, great result. Anything more yo uneed to know?

Dr. Mont was on my short list, along with Dr. Su, I guess being that I love SC and NC so much and I am a country guy as opposed to a city guy I chose Dr. Gross.
