ok, it has been 5 years since I had my hip resurfaced. I only offroad occasionally and street bike occasionally. My hip gets a little sore after a hard core off road ride, that's it. I'm not a runner, but I walk a lot. This hip resurfacing job worked so good for me that I , for the most part, have forgotten that I even had it done. Now if my back and knees would just feel as good as my resurfaced hip , that would be nice.
