Hi All,
I have been very sensible and structured with my re-hab, but it is easy to get carried away....I popped my knee 10 days ago and I have not been able to train at all.
The lay off has done me the world of good, it has given my hip the opportunity to rest and it seems to have done away with the last bit of restriction I had, it is to easy to rush to try and get back to the former us.
It is a long, possibly never ending journey we are on....for all us impatient ones, it's ok to CHILL now and then.
I'm off to do 50 squats...just kidding
