Title: Mission Accomplished
Post by: jgenese on October 25, 2010, 03:16:57 PM
Well, I just got home from the hospital having my left BHR done by Dr. Marchand at South County. The surgery was a success and I just got done doing a session of PT. Very sore but walking around OK. Lots of PT and ice. More reports to come.  :)

Congratulations on the new hip.  Glad all went well for you.  Take it easy in the early days.  Don't get too sore or you will have to ice even more.  You have plenty of time to get active in the future.

Keep us posted and Good Luck.

It's great to hear that your surgery went well.  I was wondering how you made out. Listen to your body and don't push yourself to hard. Please keep us posted on your progress.

All the best.

Steve

Hey Johnny,

I am scheduled for a right HR with Dr. Marchand on Feb 8th, 2010.  Anything I should know or do now that I am 2 weeks out, anything to prepare for at home?

Now that you are about 3 months post op, how is the rehabilitation going?

Thank You,
Brian
