Title: Ice compression shorts
Post by: Dannywayoflife on April 07, 2012, 06:45:05 AM
I've decided I need to Ice more. I've been looking for a pair of compression shorts with pockets for heat/ice packs and been unable to find what I'm after, they all seem to have menthol stuff in the ones I've seen. Can anyone who has a pair or knows where I can buy them from post a link for me?
Thanks guys Danny

Excuse the ignorance but how long do you need ice for? Are we talking after exercise etc here or just in general?

Grant, I used ice just in general for a good four months after surgery. It was great for when I pushed it too much (or even just a little). I then graduated to after exercise. I have used it for a while, probably stopped after exercise about 10 months or so. Ice is your friend.

What a great idea. I had not realised icing was needed so much. Might have to look into getting a pair myself nearer the time. They look like a tight fitting so a few sizes bigger might be more comfortable.
