We have a gym in the basement where I work. As I was doing my usual Saturday dinner break exercises, I found a very striking visual of how my BHR has improved my range of motion. There are probably a lot of you out there who can relate.

Interesting comparison there buddy! I hope that your next BHR goes as well as your first!

Nice video, good luck with
Hip number two.
Just too cool, BB. My ROM is just about equal on both sides, so your next video will hopefully show that.
Gotta give this a try and see how I compare, thanks for posting, simple, elegant way to track progress, very well done Barista.
Thanks
Great demo and I share your amazement - mine came differently. I spent the last winter, before having both hips done, cross country skiing - but when going down I had no snowplough so I just kept running into the snow banks. My kids would laugh at every downhill turn. Took a winter off so I am hoping this winter to be able to get back. I hope to learn how to skate ski this winter.
Again - great demo - Phill
Great video and demo. My hips look very much like yours, with my "good" hip being natural and my "bad" hip, soon to be replaced, is similar or a tad worse. Very eye opening, plan to grab a before and after video of my own. One of my racing buddies saw this video and commented that he now understand why I have really preferred to bike over trek/jog the past few years.
Really good demo, thanks Barista. Great, simple measurement. I can see the relative and proportional difference between the 14 month BHR and 9+ month one, great test and thing to track.
Good luck on the 10th, sure to go very well now that you're a pro. Keep us posted,
Thanks for sharing
Dan
I just tried it and am very similar to you.
