Title: Dr. Kusuma's Poster about Templating for BHR

Dr. Kusuma made a presentation about his templating technique and sent me the poster as a pdf.  It is interesting in you wonder how doctors decide how to place the components.

Dr. Kusuma is very pro hip resurfacing and was trained by McMinn and Treacy.  Mr. McMinn is going to Grant Medical Center to visit Dr. Kusuma and have a hip resurfacing meeting on August 3, 2013.  I will be posting more information since patients and perspective patients are also invited. Dr. Brooks and Dr. Su will also be attending.

Thanks Pat - I did wonder how the surgeon decides how to place the components.
