Just looked at my diary and realised that yesterday was 90 weeks since my bhr!
I can honestly say I'm now not aware 95% of the time that I had the op done. The only limiting factor now is time thanks to my job but I'm looking to rectify that so I can get back to my old fitness level ;)
Anyone reading this who is in need of a resurfacing don't put it off. Find a top surgeon(this is the most important factor of all!!!!) and get them to use a proven device and you'll get your life back! ;)
Good on you Danny.
Thanks for helping me and many others on here too.
Just glad I could be of some minor help nick ;)
90 weeks! Wow seems like we were just starting out a bit ago. Definitely worth the ride, Danny.
Thanks hern and thanks for the advice and support along the way! You and others on here have been a great help :)
I want to thank you for all the great information you

Good for you Danny! You've helped a lot of fellow hippies along the way. Here's to the next 90 weeks!
Well done Danny, I'm approx 77 weeks right side, 2 weeks to the left side and recovering well :)
Well done Danny-
Thanks for all the info you've provided to everyone.
You researched the hell out of hip resurfacing and passed it all on, you're a top man!
Thanks mike you better still be up for a beer next time I'm in York! ;)
YIPPEEEE! Nice one Danny. So pleased for you. Just need to get that shoulder sorted now!!!
Anna
P.S. Can I come for that beer too?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
Erm let me think of course you can!!! ;)
DOUBLE YIPPEEEE!!!! ;D
That sounds like another successful BHR. Congrats and thanks for all the advice over the past 3.5 months.
I'm there fore the beers ;)
;D
So to get to this 'beer' I'd have to:
- Get to 495 north.
- Onto the Mass Pike east.
- Off on South Boston, drive to the Pier
- Right into the harbor, follow the SOSUS lines to Cornwall
- I need directions from there. Assuming a pub's involved
I've got everything worked out except for the water, but I figure that's a formality. :o
Hope you guys have a good time, still planning a trek to the land of wrong sided driving ;D
Congratulations Danny!
