People often have squeaks when they are very active and get dehydrated.  I am sure a few others will join in on your posts.

Drink plenty when you are being active and/or playing sports.

I squeaked some early on, was most able to hear it when brushing my teeth. I think because it was the time I was in a more quiet environment.

As Pat mentioned, the more hydration, the less squeaking, I think - it went away eventually...

:) Yep Hi Blitz. Yep had the squeaks. Perfectly normal. This can be part of running in as well as hydration. Normally happens only once. Cheers K 8)

Yeah, the first time mine squeeked I freaked.  Seems to only do it when I'm duck hunting.  Even the guys that hunt with me will hear it.  Now we all laugh about it, and of course they all volunteer to carry an oil can for me, so they can squeeze in a couple drops of oil.  Makes me feel like the Tin Man on the Wizard of Oz.

I squeaked the other week for the first time that I can remember. I had been helping my buddy on a construction job and using the breaker all day I drank loads and it was fine the next day.

Strangely enough I developed a squeak today after nearly two years. That said yesterday I went on a massive hike over uneven ground so I'm putting it down to that! No pain whatsoever though so pretty comfortable that there isn't a problem. It's a very weird sensation though!

:) Drink up rest. Don't over do it and it comes right. Quite normal but to me its telling us something as other hippies have expressed. 8)
