How Old is your Hip Resurfacing?  I've allowed people with Bilaterals to vote twice.

Hi Pat,

I entered the poll for my bilateral hips.
I initially entered the poll in January 2009 for a single hip, 3 months old.
I'm wondering about starting another poll for bilateral hips, when one hip is several years older than the other hip as follows:

"How long did you wait for your single hip resurfacing and how long did you wait for your second, bilateral hip resurfacing?"

This is after receiving a diagnosis of severe osteoarthritis when the orthopedic doctor says you are eligible for a hip resurfacing (don't wait too long) or for a hip replacement.

This subject gets talked about often for single hips e.g. "How long should I wait" or afterwards, "I should have had it done sooner!"
