Excited for the rehab.  It's my tenth surgery (4th on my right hip). Hopefully my last for a long while.  Thanks for the support, one step closer to qualifying to kona😝

Tri, congrats.  The sooner the better. I had my first BHR in MArch of 2011. Good time of year. I live in the DC area and it wasn't too cold outside so I was able to do a lot of walking after surgery. I think that is key.

Yeah last summer I had my graft done which left me in the couch most of the summer.  never again lol.  Here in Chicago we are experiencing a mild winter.  The pain right now is bad enough I can barley do workouts.  Speaking of pain, I am lying down typing and getting sharp shooting pains down my quad!!!  Well soon it will be over.
