Get the "Thumper Sport Massager" Its REALLLY good.. I think you can get it at walmart for cheap. I paid a little more online.. $139. It does remove a lot of muscle soreness and pain.

I just used it after before my run, and had the best run in about 6 years.. :) loosened my hip right up.. Got the stiffness out.

I've been using it every night in bed. I've notice a big difference. My flexibility was instantly improved as well. I wish I got it months ago.
My main issue was my groin. I thought I had a "abductor strain" it looks like it was just knotted or very tight. This fixed my groin the first time I used it.
