What surgeons offer email consultations?

Hi all,

I've seen a post somewhere mentioning that several surgeons offer free consultations based on just viewing scans. If anyone knows of anyone that does this then please let me know. I have had resurfacing 2 years ago but with limited success and think it will need a revision. I really want to get 5/6 top notch opinions before I go down the route of a potential revision. So far I have contacted De Smet who thinks I need a revision to a BHR cup.
