synovial chondromatosis

Has any one had "synovial chondromatosis" confirmed around a BHR. And what treatment did they have. Mine was found about 2 years post opp. It weighed around 500 grames. Treatment was removal of SC and the area checked. After the removal of the SC, fluid has collected in the joint area. This, fluid, now needs to be removed. I dont want the BHR revised to a THR. Any advise please?
