Title: after you heal from resurfacing can you use a inversion table

i have a teeter inversion table that helps with my back and hips. after resurfacing can you use the inversion table?

Several members have talked about that before.  Some use them after they have healed.  They also said they don't hang completely upside down.

The best thing to do is ask your surgeon if you can use one and when you can start to use it.

It is always best to be safe than sorry.

I am a little over 1-1/2 years out and have started using mine.  No problems and it is helping my lower back.  I originally got it before the surgery to help with the hip and lower back pain.

thanks, i started using it and it allowed me to get off of pain killers! big relief. i look forward to using it after resurfacing for my lower back. i could hardly walk until i started using it.
