Hey guys about a month ago, I posted in another thread I started taking a supplement people swear by saying its a miracle. My mobility has improved by about 70%. I still need surgery, but I can go to gym 4 times a week, walk longer distances before the pain is unbearable, more flexible, faster recovery, and I can walk with out special insoles or barefoot with out pain.
Heres a list of the major changes I made in the last month, the improvement might be a combination of everything, but I noticed Joint Formula 14 effects in the first week.
New Supplements I take that makes a big difference:
Joint Formula 14
Big C.... (its a creatine capsule) Really makes a difference in muscle soreness
High Isolate protein powder
Animal Pack vitamins
Gym work:
Horizontal bike. (first couple of weeks, it was just loosing up my hips. now I can do hills, and intervals)
Lower abe work
stretching
diet changes:
No white bread.
No sugar
Try to stick to the , kill it, grow it, pick it rule. ( So no processed food)
Cheat meal on weekend.
Good preparation, ZAP, it's good to prep yourself for surgery if you can stand the work.
Thank you for giving us a report! Where do you get the Joint Formula 14? Definitely sounds worth a try!

Any health store should have it. Its even on Amazon.com http://www.amazon.com/Joint-Formula-14-90-Caps/dp/B0035K1ACY
...... You can google it. I paid $59 Canadian for a bottle of 180 capsules but i've seen it sold online for as low as $35. The only reason I didn't buy online is because of the length of time for shipping and cost. I didn't want to wait 5 - 10 business days and pay $9 for shipping.
ALSO:::
Be careful with the Animal pack. I only take about 3 packs a week. You don't need that much vitamins and minerals unless your running a marathon everyday and not eating. :)
Anybody else trying Joint Formula 14? Just wanted to know if it was acting as a placebo or Its doing what I think its doing.
