I had HR in Dec 2008 1 year postop I started playing non-contact over 50 ice hockey in a competitive league. I suffered a torn groin muscle and cracked pubic bone last January 2011 It came on with just normal skating and I had to stop playing for 6 weeks and finished the season with a wrapped groin in March 2011 These muscles must be so weak that even though I stretched almost every day they are still subject to pulls and tears. I want to know if anyone has experienced this while playing sports with HR. I'm OK now and ready to start another season this week. I'm a little nervous that it may happen again.
