Thanks for all the input on my crazy thought process it has really helped me the last week, last day , having my last good meal for the week , homemade pancakes, bacon, omletes, wife is babying me already.(shes the heath nut). this is the start of my new life style, quit a couple bad habits, lose a couple pounds, right now 6' 1" at 245, probably why my hips gone. plan on getting down to 215 220 range gotta help the rest of my joints. always been decent shape but extra pounds must go. gotta keep this new hip running along time. my job pretty physical so gotta change it up some on all levels. enough mindless chatter but it has helped this week. thankls to everyone for reading and responding. any bow hunters out there?
