Title: SHOWTIME
Post by: midiowa on February 12, 2012, 08:55:45 AM
Thanks for all the input on my crazy thought process it has really helped me the last week, last day , having my last good meal for the week , homemade pancakes, bacon,omletes, wife is babying me already.(shes the heath nut).  this is the start of my new life style,  quit a couple bad habits, lose a couple pounds, right now  6' 1" at 245, probably why my hips gone. plan on getting down to 215 220 range gotta help the rest of my joints. always been decent shape but extra pounds must go. gotta keep this new hip running along time. my job pretty physical so gotta change it up some on all levels. enough mindless chatter but it has helped this week. thankls to everyone for reading and responding.   any bow hunters out there? Brad.

GOOOOOOOOOOOOO  BRAD!!!!!
Take it one day at a time and you'll be amazed when you look back at 1 week, at 2 weeks, at 3 weeks, etc....   There's ups and downs, but the UPS are amazing!!

Look forward to hearing back from you once you feel good enough to post up again.  Took me a few days to get back here.

Mid;

Best regards, I'm guessing you're already through it!!!!  Take it slow, follow the program, stay ahead of pain with meds and ice, and the world is your oyster.

Here's hoping your next post is a post-surgery, it-wasn't-that-bad post.
