Glad to hear that you are doing well. We all over do it at times and have to back off for a while. At thirteen weeks, I' still trying to find the right balance
Nice to get some sleep again, right?
I got 5 hours of sleep last night. It gets better each day. Don't overdue it and let your body heal. Stay in contact with us. My first op sent me into a deep depression. Thank God for the Hippies. Now I'm rolling through - a few hicks here and there but a feel so good I'm going to go get a haircut.
Got a date on Tuesday. I'm gonna for the sympathy play!
just got home, man doesn't it feel good to get home , have fun on that date , sympathy card should be played well on that one. that sleep did feel good. trying to figure out where to sleep, bed or recliner. no pain just stiff is that the same with anyone else? does the pain come later when therapy starts hard? 8-10 cut, no feeling there.brad.
Everybody's different, Brad - you will have some pain, so make sure you stay ahead of it. Just take what you've been told to when you've been told and you should be good. I had low pain also, mostly stayed there and then it went to soreness from PT.
There will be some times when you hit a wall, either more pain, swelling, or just not progressing fast enough; just go through it, you'll be fine. I'm glad your pain is low.
Ice/Elevate/Rest/Exercise/Relax your mind.
