Maybe try to walk more slowly but place more emphasis on a good stride? I continually had to watch myself to make sure of it.

Get it a lot. especially when I sit for a while. For me it's harder to sit than anything else.

If neuropathy is showing up when you sit, you need to talk to the Dr. or PT to figure out the cause of the nerve issues.  The longer it goes by permanent damage can happen.

Well it could be several things; again - your body's going through a lot of changes, your muscles are restructuring, you're probably walking differently and the nerves are going along for the ride. Talk to your surgeon for ANYTHING that you're concerned about, get it looked at and it will probably clear up. If not, then at least you're looking at it early.

I had all sorts of numbness, on the foot, on the thigh, even on my shin. All of it came and went. That doesn't mean I didn't call with every boo boo known to man. (boo boo is the technical term).
