Title: One year anniversary

   It's been one year since my LBHR surgery.  Last week I had my checkup with Dr. Rector in Boulder, Co. and all is good.  Six months ago I was given the OK to return to my normal lifestyle and have been X/C skiing, snowshoeing, and lifting weights.  No problems and no pain.  I'm a happy camper.  Thank you Dr. Rector.

Congrats Krunch!!!  There's a bunch of us Colorado Hippies fresh off the table - and glad to hear your success story! 

My 6month is July 19 and I am so hoping to get full clearance!
