Maybe Hernanu, I definitely upped my water intake as well as cut way back on the meds!
Great news Hoyt, I am 11 days post-op and I think I am finally seeing some light as I was having more bad days then good, I just came back from my walk and can feel little improvements here and there, I am also slowing but surely going off the pain meds as I think I am just taking them as precaution but am getting tired of all the headaches. keep up the good work.

YIPPEEEE!!! Nice one Hoyt :)
Hope so, hoyt.
It seems that most people make a noticeable improvement around 2 weeks. For me those first two weeks were mainly about trying to sit and sleep comfortably and it wasn't easy.
That feeling of making progress is fantastic.
Cliff-you're on the same route, keep going, still early days.
Thanks everyone. As always, so much support here!
And it just keeps getting better! Corner turned, life turned around! Well done. There will still be ups and downs but look forward to a brighter future now, Hoyt and you too Cliff.
Im happy for you, keep the faith.lyn
Hi Hoyt
That's great news, congratulations. I'm also 18 days post op and for me days 11 to 14 were the real low points when I felt worse than I did pre-op. However I've worked at the physio and managed to get on my static bike fir some short sessions and I feel great today .... until I rest up, then I stiffen up and struggle to bend my knee when I try to get moving again. Sleeping is a bit hit and miss, which os why I'm on the computer at this stupid hour! Keep up the progress.
I'm thinking it was the meds. Good job. It should continue to get better.
