Title: Ivan Dekovic's 12 year Anniversary Hip Resurfacing with Dr. Amstutz

On Oct. 26th, I reached 12 years, since I got my MOM surface replacement (RH), performed by Dr. Amstutz.

I celebrated my anniversary getting the "Gold" medal in the "2012 Huntsman World Senio Games", playing Volleyball for the "Outback 65" team.
