Title: Winter Bike training
Post by: phillwad on December 09, 2012, 04:38:35 PM
Last cyclocross race was today so the move starts to indoor training.  I use a schedule I got from Training Peaks - does anyone else have a winter training schedule?  The biggest thing I got from mine was to have some "recovery" days - do not have to go hard everyday

End of the cyclocross season - so this was my last hill to climb.  Pump the arms and keep the legs moving - hard to train for running uphill in the mud :-)
