Things are coming along nicely. I'm training at about 90% intensity now. I'm only training about once or twice per week because I want to get full recoveries between sessions right now. It's great to be able to roll again.
Sounds like your doing great mate! I'm back on the mats but my limiting factor is working stupid long hours! >:(
