Today is 1 year for me!

Thanks, again, to all of you out there for all the support and guidance throughout this entire process. It has been invaluable.

For the newbies or soon-to-be's.....I will say that I never even think about my hip, and there's virtually nothing I cannot do that I did before, including super-high-intensity plyometric workouts.

Now, on to a great 2nd year!
