After you you know what you are doing you can buy the straps and do it on your own easily...

Agreed. I just have been doing TRX for the last 2 months but love the exercise. Easy on the joints, easy to adjust difficulty of movements by a very slight body position change, but a great workout -- especially for your core (atomic pushups hurt so bad/good).
Sounds good. I'll see if my gym has classes. I've been trying a lot of different things lately, looking to expand my OA generated 1.5 pack to a half dozen.
