Title: TRX
Post by: David on April 11, 2013, 08:44:32 PM
Might not be good for those of you in the first 6 months of recovery, but once you get your basis down, this is a great way to awaken the glute and core areas of your body that have been dormant through surgery.  Sign up for instruction and make sure you are doing the moves properly...it is the bomb...
After you you know what you are doing you can buy the straps and do it on your own easily...
Best...

Agreed. I just have been doing TRX for the last 2 months but love the exercise. Easy on the joints, easy to adjust difficulty of movements by a very slight body position change, but a great workout -- especially for your core (atomic pushups hurt so bad/good).

Sounds good. I'll see if my gym has classes. I've been trying a lot of different things lately, looking to expand my OA generated 1.5 pack to a half dozen.
