Hi gang! I did it!! The Fargo 10k on Saturday!! I trained smart, and ran smart and finished strong! NO PAIN!!! :)
I have another 10k in two weeks, and then a break till August 24 when I am hoping to be trained well enough for a 1/2 marathon!
God bless my OS... I am a happy girl!

Great uplifting post - well done.

Would I be correct in assuming that you had a big smile on your face throughout the race.
