Hi Running Hippies,
I thought I'd share that I am now running non-stop for about 5 miles at a crack. No pain, no nothing!! I do the uninterrupted running on alternating days with run/walk/run for about the same mileage.
No races planned till next spring... just getting base miles in.
I'm thrilled with this progress!
