Hi athletes!
I am running daily, up to 9 miles at a crack (long runs), and usually 5 miles.
Problem is, I've developed a calcified bursa on the right side, and it sticks out like a large golf ball on the side of my hip! You can see it in leggings or skinny jeans!
My OS says it should be removed-- as it will just get larger and more difficult to remove. I'm up for it, but am wondering what kind of recovery time should I expect? Anyone have any experience with something like this?
