My wish for 2016 - all guests and members have great hips which allow them to be active and out of pain!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to your.   Thank you again Pat for keeping this site going.

7-1/2 years on left and 3 years on right and still going strong.   I cannot emphasize enough that it takes continued exercise, stretching and conditioning to keep your new (or old) hips going strong.  Add a few pounds and go through a lazy spell and I will start to limp and clunk again.

Thanks for the update.  7 1/2 years on the left and 3 years on the right - congratulations.  Hopefully, you will be posting 15 year on left and 10 1/2  on the right in the future.

Thanks for sharing an update.

Happy New Year.

Pat

Happy Holidays Pat!
My hips are going strong and I had a good 2015. As I've mentioned before, it was this site that led me to De Smet and for that I will always be grateful.
Cheers
