I had Bilateral hip resurfacing done approx. 10 years ago. Very happy with my results. Recently however, my left leg seems significantly weaker (especially after exercising) than my right leg. Often I can’t stand on just my left leg for any amount of time. I’ve also noticed that I’m slowing down on the tennis court and primarily feel it’s the fault of my left leg. Any PT stretching/strengthening recommendations for me to improve my left leg? TX
