Title: Stair Climbing
Post by: pmonko1 on March 02, 2018, 02:29:14 PM
I'm about 13 months out from my left BHR and last week I did my first 'running' race, Hustle up the Hancock.  Its amazing that one year ago, I was in so much pain that I couldn't even go up one flight of stairs normally. Las Sunday, I ran up 94 flights and beat my goal time of 15 minutes!  Can't wait to see what else I'm now capable of.

Congrats!!! And I'd suggest that you're not even close to being done recovering... it's still relatively early. I'm approaching 2 years and still feeling improvement. Imagine how well you're going to do at that race next year... or the year after!?

Keep up the good work!  8)
