Ran the Wine Country 1/2 Marathon Sunday morning ...I placed 3rd in my age group and won this bottle of wine. I ran 1:46:35 not bad for an old guy with a resurfaced hip. I then  Ran the Greenways 10K the next day

Inspiring!  Well done!

I'm sitting at my house by the woods recovering from surgery dreaming of running through them and this helps.

Cheers,
Grant

Very impressive!  I ran my first post op 10 miler on Oct. 8, about 1.5 years after left hip resurfacing, and was among the 5 fastest finishers in my age group. 3 of us had a time of 1:23 with just a few seconds difference.  ‘Going to run a half marathon in mid December.
