I am happy to report that the left hip that Mr McMinn replaced for me is approaching 6 years old. I have continued to be active train and develop my leg muscles beyond my expectations. I am now approaching 52 and I suspect my right hip is misbehaving. I will not hesitate if indeed it is saying goodbye to have anther BHR....
Things to note:
I have recently took up stretching and specific hip movement exercises that have proved invaluable to opening up more movement , I have potentially restricted the amount of movement over time, simply because as I thought its a false hip! I am happy to report my osteopath claims its as good if not better than the normal function for a 50 year old now, replacement or not its as good as.
Not sure if any one has had a knee replaced TKR , as sadly my right Knee has been condemned but I am unsure of the success of knees..
keep up the good work ...
