I was having some pain and discomfort after running or even walking more than 3 miles. I reckon it was due to the psoas tendon or muscle being aggravated as it passes over the front of the hip joint. I carried out some leg raising exercises from a lying down position several times a day and continued slow, easy running. The pain has now completely gone and I ran 52 miles this week without issues!
That is great! And since running is one of the few things we can do these days, even better.
