Title: Runners 13 month update
Post by: autoazure on November 22, 2020, 05:32:56 PM
I simply cannot believe the difference my resurfacing has made to my running. I am now running up to 68 miles per week and lots of steep uphill sections. I only last week completed a 16 mile run for the first time post op. I ran a 1.53 half marathon as a training run merely two weeks ago! I am concerned as to how much dare I push this? At 64 years' old I intend to aspire to a sub 1.45 next year when racing commences! Wonderful!!!!

Wow!  That's amazing!

I personally was never able to get back to running, but everything else goes.

Well done!

Amazing.
I am trail running about 15 miles a week over 3 to 4 runs and very pleased.
Now, Dec 2020, I have XC Skied 5 times this week after a snow dump here in Cleveland OH.
All activity is good.
