Title: 13th Anniversary
Post by: JimK on September 30, 2021, 10:33:08 AM
Every year since 2008 I've meant to post a "yea, another year with my hip"  First time I've actually remembered.  Anyway, hip was resurfaced Sept 22, 2008 by Dr Pritchett in Seattle.  Have not had one iota of a problem since.  And want to thank this Pat and this site, it was so much help in finding a surgeon and easing fears before surgery.  All the success stories were invaluable.

Jimcongratulations on your 13th Anniversary. Most of us have never had a problem with our hip resurfacings and usually just forget about them.  I understand that. That is the way it is suppose to be and almost is for most people.

I wish you many more years with your great hip. I will be celebrating 16 years in March.

Thanks again for stopping by. Yes, the personal stories are so helpful to people considering hip resurfacing. That's why I keep this website up and running. I started it in 2005 and still feel it is as important now as then. There is so little information available about hip resurfacing and it is such a great option for many people.

I wish you the very best and hope to hear from you again in the future!

Pat
