Title: Three Year Anniversary
Post by: Grahamn746 on November 14, 2021, 07:50:50 AM
Today marks 3 years since i had my Left Hip resurfaced by Mr Othman at Grantham Hospital UK. I have been back at my previous levels of work and exercise for quite a while now, and 'touch wood' have not had any major issues to date. Regular cycling, swimming and occasional off road running have steadily improved my strength, flexibility and general health. Its great being in a place where I dont even think about my hip unless someone mentions it, and its a constant mental companion that i do not miss.

I hope everyone who needs an operation like this can get one and has a speedy recovery, although waiting list in the UK at the moment are at about 4 years for elective surgery, lets hope this pandemic ends soon and things can get back to normal.

Best wishes to all.
