I'm coming up on my 3-year anniversary of Bilat resurfacing with Dr. Gross.
Nothing short of amazing. Playing Hockey a couple times a week, skiing, hiking, kayaking CL5. Now it's just other parts of the body that ache :-). Did the Presidential traverse in NH last summer.
Cat skiing planned for next month in BC.
Thanks to everyone here for inspiration! and Thanks to Dr. Gross and his amazing team.
Dan
thanks for posting - love seeing stuff like this. 1 month out from my resurfacing w/ dr gross and have combination of anticipation and nervousness
Congrats Dan. Great to hear. Presi traverse is no joke. Out of curiosity are you able to run?
Hi DanLaLane,
I used to run a lot pre-surgery. I don't think there is any reason I could not pick up running again but frankly I've sort of lost interest in running :). Biking, crossfit, hockey is of more interest to me.
with that being said, I don't think there is any reason I could not get back into hitting the pavement.

hi YetiKing, your in great hands! I am so glad to have gone down this path. In hindsight, PT and really being diligent has paid off for me. In fact, it has actually been a lifestyle change for me.
Awesome Dan, and congratulations. As a fellow bilateral patient of Dr. Gross, I'd agree that he does excellent work.
