Hi Everyone,
I'm struggling with a banged up hip, and a resurfacing was recommended. Two years ago I was running ultramarathons and training 70-80 miles per week. I'm 37 and I'm a worried that if I try to run at that level I'll burn through the resurfacing and need a new one soon or that I'll have problems with metal ions.
Can you share your post-resurfacing running experiences with me? How long have you had it? How does your training compare to before the resurfacing? Do you have significant pain? Etc.
