Title: Tenth Anniversary
Post by: petemeads on November 18, 2024, 07:56:22 AM
Ten years today since my BHR left hip bearing was installed. Still working well for running, mountaineering, climbing, gym etc.

Over the last couple of years I have won V70 category races up to half-marathon distance, just finished second in the local summer league race series but now have serious competition from the younger V70s so intend to skip next year and race again at 75!

Definitely been slowing down over the last 12 months but can't blame either of the hips (THR R hip is 7.5 years old) for this, breathing seems to be the main problem...
