I had an varus derotational osteotomy 16 years ago and now need resurfacing. Anyone have a similar experience?

A number of people have had that proceedure. If it works, it buys you time until you need your hip replaced. It sounds like it did it's job for you.

It is very active. THere are over 100 emails a day. It is normally good to set up a special folder on your computer to receive all the emails, or choose their condensed version sent out once a day or just read the emails up on the Yahoo website.
How old are you now? What area of the country do you live in? Have you talked with any hip resurfacing surgeons yet?
