Have any of you guys and gals herd anything about the ceramic on ceramic BHR mr mcminn implanted a few years ago? I can only fond very little info on it such as the two videos on YouTube. I winder also why there has only been one device implanted as ceramic seems to have some favourable characteristics such as a really low wear rate.

Ceramic = very hard/brittle. Cobalt Chrome = very hard/not brittle.

Fair comment about brittleness but there are newer ceramics which are more resistant to fracture. Such as delta ceramic

Danny way of life,

It looks as if you are coming around to the idea that resurfacing, one brand or another, is better than the alternate treatments?

To be honest It seems to me that its the only viable route for me. I just want the device that will allow me to have my life back and be long lasting.
