Saw Dr Della Valle at Rush last month.  He said if metal ion test came back good I wouldn't have to come back for 5 yrs.  Heard this week the test looked good.  Looks like I will have to come back from Florida the next check up.  I had the right hip resurfaced 12/18/09.  I'm still hitting the weights with the last meet in January getting 360 squat, 250 bench and 405 dead.  I find walking the dog every day for about a mile and a half and doing the third world squat for at least 30 minutes a day really help staying loose.
