Grinding noise?

If I do too much in a day I can hear my hip grinding with each step. It is a horrible sound, no pain. I had my BHR in Aug 2009, nearly 2 years go. I am awaiting to have my right hip done hopefully this year.

Which hip grinds, the BHR or the one waiting for a BHR?

On the days you over do it are you dehydrated?  Are you making sure your liquid intake is good?  Waiting to be thirsty is not adequate.
