Shingles Vaccine

This question is concerning shingles vaccine.  I was advised that after 60 I should get a shingles vaccine.  However, I have had my hip resurfaced 9 weeks to date.  Given the fact that the virus in injected into our body should I be concerned with obtaining an infection?  Would I be prone to getting an infection?  Please advise!
