Congrats mid!

Glad to hear you got to the other side in working order!

Follow the program, meds and ice for pain before it gets you, and you'll be doing great soon.

Yep, the pain meds make you feel a little bit like superman.  I think we all learned that lesson!  Glad to hear you are doing well.

Congrats!  Great to hear from you on the other side.  Welcome!

Take it slow and easy.  Remember this is recovery and rehabilitation for the rest of your life.

And as Lynne says Ice, ice, and more ice.

Best wishes.

Glad to hear that you are doing well.  We all over do it at times and have to back off for a while.  At thirteen weeks, I' still trying to find the right balance

Nice to get some sleep again, right?

I got 5 hours of sleep last night. It gets better each day.  Don't overdue it and let your body heal. Stay in contact with us. My first op sent me into a deep depression.  Thank God for the Hippies. Now I'm rolling through - a few hicks here and there but a feel so good I'm going to go get a haircut.

Got a date on Tuesday. I'm gonna for the sympathy play!

Everybody's different, Brad - you will have some pain, so make sure you stay ahead of it. Just take what you've been told to when you've been told and you should be good. I had low pain also, mostly stayed there and then it went to soreness from PT.

There will be some times when you hit a wall, either more pain, swelling, or just not progressing fast enough; just go through it, you'll be fine. I'm glad your pain is low.

Ice/Elevate/Rest/Exercise/Relax your mind.
