Are there any bi-lats resident in New York City?
« on: September 06, 2012, 08:36:06 AM »
I am considering bi-lateral hip replacement because I have a terrible limp and bone on bone hips, but oddly no pain. Is there any local person who has gone through the surgery whom I can speak with?

Yes I had a bilateral BHR in Sept 2010 at Hospital for Joint Diseases in NYC by Dr Scott Marwin.
Woodstock Hippy used the same Surgeon.

Roberta,
I spoke with you last week.
I have a friend who had his bi-lat with Dr. Su in 2005 or 2006.  He lives out near me but works in NYC sometimes.  He'd probably be willing to talk with you.
