post 3 mos check up today!

Good to go. Doctor did some strength tests and gave me the green light to ramp up all activities. I don't have to go back until Sept 2013. I'll still continue to slowly get back to full exercise and activities. No sense in rushing now.

Congrats Hoyt, always nice to be on the road with no speedbumps.  Best regards with the next months, indeed no need to rush.

Sweet, ramp it up.  Its great to have the go ahead when you've been holding back for awhile.
